There are two very separate and very large dog parks. The smaller of the two is of course for the little dogs, if smaller is a good word to use, and the bigger Park, is for the big dogs. There's not a whole lot in the parts except for a few trees and a few benches a couple trash cans and a human and a dog watering facility. But there is more than a room to run and run and run and if your dog is a runner then this is the Park, and of course young lady loves to run. I'm going to share a little experience I had entering the park. There was a woman in there whose dog was barking at the entryway at young lady, in anticipation of playing I am sure. But the lady was yelling and yelling at the dog to stop barking? I wonder if she just wanted him to talk politely? Anyway I told her that young lady is a professional that she spends her whole life going to dog parks and knows how to go in and take off running!! That's when the lady said she knows she knows that she also goes to dog parks all day long, as she reached for the interior gate handle and started to open it before I had even taken the leash off young lady, a huge party fowl in dog park world!! So then when I asked her please to not help me I would let the dog in when I was ready, and it sometimes it took me a little bit longer because of some of my limitations, she seemed to realize that part of what she was actually doing? So it just goes to show you that some people get so caught up in focusing on the wrong they believe someone else is doing on their behalf that they lose focus of what is actually going on. That's my message for the day hahaha

If you have a dog with a long coat, this park is not for you. The entire area for small dogs is essentially a sticker patch.

Always a wonderful place to go for my dog. She is still getting used to the big dogs so when she does good, I will take her over to the small dog park as a reward because she is gentle with them. I love how much room she has to run.
