Is there any way to get ahold of this office? Call center put me on hold for 25 minutes, I hang up and call back and it rings and rings. Hung up and called back and make my way through the automated system again, they put me on hold without saying anything. On hold for another 10 minutes and they offer a call back. I'm still waiting to receive a call back from a message they took days ago. This access center is ridiculous.

Today was my first appointment with Dr. Jones. She was so thorough and friendly. She spent so much time with me. Nothing felt rushed and it can these days with insurance requirements. Her staff was so pleasant too. I would definitely recommend her.

Dr Jones is caring and very interested in your best health. Very prompt and fast to refill meds or answer questions.

I loved Nikki Jones, she took the time to listen and really seems to care about her patients. We ultimately had to change doctors because you have no choice but to use the Hendrick call center. They are/were useless, it took several back and forth phone calls because they are the middle man. They are good for booking an appointment and that is it. If you have questions about your appointment or referral you are screwed.
