I can not express enough gratitude for this company. I got married today however my sisters were not able to make it do to being up North so they contacted this florist and ordered my beautiful bouquet. The delivery driver was delivering to my house yesterday however no one was home so he took the time to call me as it was windy and rainy and he felt bad just leaving them. He offered to bring them to me wherever I was. I was actually almost home and thanked him and said they would be ok there for a minute. He left them in an area where they would be safe. In a world where customer service just isnt there really anymore it is so wonderful to receive the kind of caring service I received. I only wished I remembered his name. Not to forget also how happy I was with the beautiful bouquet I loved it. Thank you all so very much.

Received a beautiful floral arrangement with a great fall touch! The vase was a pumpkin! Baack's gives a personal great touch!

Tresliegh was amazing I called with an last minute request. She helped me choose an arrangement and delivered it immediately to my Aunts Funeral. Thank you so much. I definitely would recommend!
