Our 18-year-old central air conditioning system went out on a Sunday 2 days before the 4th of July holiday. Mike Tschaar wasnt our first call on Monday morning about having a new unit installed, but they were the first to arrive. Robert was incredible! He spent time explaining our options, pros and cons of each unit and the differences in tonnage and SEER ratings. He quoted a couple of different options and we eventually decided to go with a new Trane unit. A week to the day of our first call, our new unit was installed and providing much needed relief from the July heat in July! Another big name HVAC company in town couldnt even send a tech by within that timeframe. Stephanie was great to work with and seems genuinely happy to help us any way she could. The installation techs were professional in appearance and attitude. Its always hard trying to find a company that treats their customers right and with honesty and integrity, but we found it with Mike Tschaar. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs from now on. These folks went out of their way to help me when my air conditioner went out. They got my unit running and cooling off as quick as they could. They are coming back to work on the unit in my guest house and will be the folks I depend on for keeping up my units from now on. Service: A/C system repair
