MCM Eleganté Suites

Felt classy when you walked in, very beautiful. People at the front desk were very nice. They offer free breakfast and free drinks at happy hour. Free breakfast is just okay, its not the greatest, Ive definitely had a better free breakfast. The room are definitely outdated and the pull out couch was sorta sketchy. Toilet was really low to the ground and you had to hold down the handle in order for it to even flush. Our rooms were clean for the most part, definitely some dust caking up in the closet where you can hang your clothes in. The first night we were there I got woke up by a whole bunch of younger girls running on the 3rd floor (we were on the 2nd floor) I didnt get woke up the 2nd morning we were there but once I was awake you could hear all the people downstairs who were eating breakfast. The vending machines throughout the whole hotel were either out of things, card reader wouldnt work or it wouldn't take our money. Its just an okay place to stay, nothing fancy like when you walk into the place! Rooms: The room are just okay, a little outdated, the pull out couch is sketchy and definitely not comfortable. Our king bed was okay, pillows were really fluffy. Food & drinks: The free breakfast is just okay, Ive definitely had a better free breakfast at other hotels. But its free so what else can you expect!?

The staff is very friendly and professional. The building itself is very old, outdated, dirty with age, and the room smelled musty. Rooms: Outdated and dirty because of age, peeling wallpaper, etc.

Really nice place to stay the night or three. Great breakfast buffet. Also a great place for company meetings events and things of that sort. Walkability: Mall of Abilene is across the street to the East. There is a DK convenience store across the street to the North. And if you like to just walk around there are many other stores and restaurants close by.

This place is GORGEOUS!! My husband is in Abilene for work (28 day stay) and he has had 0 issues. The hotel is always kept after extremely well. The staff is friendly and I was happily surprised to see staff in the pool area. From the shuttle service to our room and everything in between we felt taken care of. We will stay here again when in the area.
