Our family enjoyed our two night stay. The breakfast area for the size of the hotel is a little on the smaller side, so on a busy day it can be a little crowded to navigate. The facilities are spacious with lots of parking available. Overall very pleased with our stay. The only issue we had was being approached twice by Panhandlers circling the parking lot on the morning of checking out. The manager was quick to investigate the issue and hopefully they can cut down on those types of future occurrences. Would stay again and would recommend to others

Worst Marriott I have ever stayed in. Service is absolutely terrible. Sonia needs to find a job out of the hospitality business. My child accidentally split his water bottle in the bed. The bed was soaked down to the mattress. We had a do not disturb sign on the door. So I called the front desk and asked to have housekeeping just come and change bedding. The house keepers were still in the building and on our hall. The front desk lady tells me that they are supposed to leave at 3 so they are trying to finish up. She tells me Ill have bedding down here at the front desk. I explain we are headed to a family night for our deceased family member and ask that they please just come change the bedding. This lady couldnt care less and says Ill ask but if not Ill have bedding here for you. No empathy, no care, no hospitality. We get back beds still soaked to mattress. I go down get bedding. She gave us the wrong size despite me telling her our room number. I call she tells us to come back down stairs to get the correct sheets because this lady cant be bothered to correct her own mistake. No apology just freaking rudeness. To add to this terrible experience in the worst Marriott ever multiple times someone tried to enter our room in the middle of the night. The bed was one of the top three most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. They are so old there is a dip in the middle of the mattresses. The pillows are so flat you barely realize you have a pillow. There are inappropriate stains on the couch on top of being plain filthy. The kids were pulling out random items from behind the cushions. The chairs are torn. The pool is broke and green. This is an old unkept hotel.

Only stopped by for breakfast with my brother, but the service was great!
