No one ever returns calls. I called for months and sent emails with no response. The staff is truly there for a pay check and dont care about the families they serve. Im still waiting for someone to call me back.

They need to hire people whove been in this same circumstance because if not theyre just gone continue to have people in the office who are just simply there for a check, who really dont even care about those like me who are homeless, theyre not there because theyre compassionate about what they do and want people to enrich their lives. Im one of those who at that time really needs it, Ive been restricted from BOTH my work occupations have worked all of my life they arent treating my case like its of any urgency at all, crazy thing is Im not even gone need it that long like how everyone keeps it for life my settlement is already in the 6 figures my income is gone more than likely supersede the guidlines the problem is U dont know how long Im about to be fighting for that money for & they still havent helped me had all of stuff in before everyone in the briefing too Im sure. Just blatant lies from the counselor the receptionist is listens as a counselor on the website but shes not much help either. Im really starting to wonder do I need to retain a civil rights attorney

I saw my neighbors kids get teased because the kids who weren't on housing talk down on them if housing inspects apartments they shouldn't come in a truck or car that says housing authority it's unfair to people who don't want people knowing there on section 8 or housing it should be more discreet just saying it's a invasion of privacy
