      • I had a great experience with Nick M. He was able to quickly pull together a quote for me and explain things I do not understand in layman's terms. It's not all sharks in the insurance industry when we have people like Nick. Thanks again!

        Had 2 claims on my truck which was then taken to Gerber Collision in Abilene TX. I had many issues with the repairs and brought it up both in person and over the phone. They were supposed to "escalate" the matter and I did not receive anything concerning the next step. I am currently driving my truck that is missing hardware, body panels don't line up, headlight doesn't line up, nor do any of the replacement trim pieces. I have given up on the matter and have moved to a different company.
