I called Trugreen to get an estimate for lawn care. After listening to the sales woman struggle with finding my address on Google, which is easy to find by the way, I said I no longer have time to wait. A different company called me back and gave me a quote in person an hour later. I hired them. Trugreen called me back later in the afternoon and wanted to talk again. I told that sales guy I hired someone else and I was no longer interested have a nice day and hung up. He called back 3 times in a row which I did not answer. He left no messages.
Today I get another call, this time from the regional sales manager in Odessa. I told him of my experiance, he tried to interupt me twice as I was talking. I told him not to interupt me or I would hang up. After I was done there was a brief silence I told him he could talk. He said "Buddy you can kick rocks"
If that is how the sales force reacts to upet customers, I don't want to know how the costomers service team reacts.
Pretty sure I dodged a bullet not hiring them.
