We dropped off our Yukon not knowing the issue and within a few hours they had it diagnosed and an estimate that was more than fair. Picked it up the next day and has ben running great ever sense. I started using Mario at big tex auto about 5 months ago and every work vehicle we brought him he would fix so our last vehicle We brought him was a 2015 charger srt it had piston #4 that had failed and I asked him if he could fix it and he said he could so he kept this car for 4 months and started working on it outside his shop leaving the engine exposed and leaving it outside for months, I would call him every month to see if it was ready and he said he was almost done after the fourth month of repeated failed promises I finally have had enough, I had given him an ultimatum to have it ready by 9/22/23 and paid him in full on 9/21/23 well it turns out that he didn't have it ready he had it running and said it was giving low oil pressure so I asked him what parts he replaced it turns out he only replaced bare minimum parts And other that what he said he was going to do he never did,and now its 09/23/23 As I am picking our challenger see below pictures this is how he gave it back to us ,since this it is being repaired by a reputable dodge dealer who stands by their work, guys watch out for this guy his knowledge is limited take your car to him at your own RISK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My advice take it to some one who is reputable not a guy makes promises he can't keep...... Service: Auto engine diagnostic
