Lets start by saying what an amazing person and realtor Samantha Rowland has been!! We started our search with Samantha by stumbling on a random open house. We chatted briefly, exchanged information. She sent us over a great recommendation for mortgage company. We knew we were going to be house hunting, kept in touch. We found a home we love we went for it! Samantha has been flexible and beyond helpful even when she is not in the office. We wound highly recommend working with her. She truly does go above and beyond meeting her clients needs!

Texas Lifestyle Group helped us find the home of our dreams! Their team answered our questions and were great communicators. What we learned during our home buying process. 1. You dont have to settle for the recommended lender We started with the recommended lender and then switched. A lender should 1. Be responsive to all questions in a timely manner 2. Not talk down to clients who ask the same question more than once over a three month period 3. Get the clients the best deal possible. We ended up switching our lender to Guaranty Federal Mortgage and it saved us close to $8,000 up front and so much more with the interest rate we got. This company spent more time with us explaining things in a week than our original lender spent with us in 3 months!
