Kris is the absolute best realtor in Abilene. We might have beat his record on the most houses viewed. but I guarantee you, Kris is the real deal! Never was he trying to push a sale onto us, he let my husband and I view the homes and when we asked about his opinion, he would answer honestly and truthfully. Kris was always flexible in meeting us at the homes and gave us a folder to keep track of the homes we viewed, make notes, etc. As first time home buyers, we asked many questions and he was always available to help and ease our concerns. Kris also knew of our conditions in looking for our future home and worked closely with our Loan Originator which made the whole process run absolutely smoothly!! If you are in need of a realtor, who will go above and beyond. Especially when it comes to negotiations. I highly recommend Kris!
