        Nice people and helpful but the home has been nothing but problems. We have been in it for almost two years and we have had water coming in the windows. The windows are not properly sealed or something they are very drafty. They didnt nail the trims very well. Weve had to nail in over 6 to stay up. One room was so cold we had to do major work at repairing the window in that room.

        Terrance and his team were awesome. They took the time to help in every step of the process. We are so thankful for Terrances attention to detail, and kindness. At the initial walk through Terrance explained every part of the house in total detail, taking the time to notice minor things that needed to be fixed. He is good at what he does and he takes pride in his work and it shows. We would recommend Abilene Clayton Homes endlessly.

        Our process from start to finish was completely seamless. We were never pressured but instead walked alongside in decisions and given space to make our own choices in our time. Tarrance and his team are professional and knowledgeable about the entire process- from picking your home, financing to set up and move in. We are forever thankful for such a great experience and our home is beautiful!

        If i could give a negative i would.....my house is not level i have lights that dont work i have a door they havent been abel to get to ope right since i bought the house ...i have had a back door replaced 3 times because rain pours in when it rains....i have bathtubs and siding coming off already i have only been in my house since august CLAYTON HOMES AND TITAN WORST EVER...NO CALL BACK AND STILL NOTHING FIXED ITS BEEN A WEEK

        Had THE BEST experience with them in the process of buying a home! We had tried Titan a couple years ago and Clayton was 1000x better!!! Highly recommend Sammy as your consultant! He is down to Earth and really tries to find a home you would love! The people that delivered the house were even super nice and talked to us! 10/10 experience with Clayton and so will be recommending them forever!
