Battery Joe

Replaced the battery to my car key fob and broke the chip in the process, making it useless. Had to go pay $200 to get it fixed somewhere else wasnt even offered a refund or compensation of any kind.

I deleted my previous 2 star review and need to add this new 5 star. Daniel and staff go above and beyond to help and fix any issues along the way in order to make their customers happy. Being patient is a must in life, and they come through every time when possible!

I operate a solar installation company. From everything to powering my office equipment to installing battery back up for my customers, Daniel and Battery Joe is my go to battery team. They even installed same day an Ipad screen I use in my business. Incredible service, fair prices, quick response. Works for me.

I have called multiple times to see about battery installation and every time they didnt have someone. Whoever is running the show/company needs to staff people. I can only imagine how overworked your current staff is.I have worked at an understaffed place before and its hell so hopefully they step up and help you guys
