We cannot express the gratitude for Myrick and his team during the process of getting into our new home. That already an arduous task in itself, we had to raise the challenge meter and coordinate the birth of our daughter in the midst of all of the chaos which involved putting our old home on hold which threw some kinks in the process, but Myrick always had a solution.
What my wife and I valued the most about Myrick was how quickly he responded to our questions and concerns. Whether by text, email or phone call he always handled everything with the same urgency we had. Knowing that in situations like these you aren't the only client is always concerning because you don't believe your time and needs are being taken into consideration. Well not with Myrick. He made us feel like we were his only client! It felt as if Myrick and his team were purchasing the house as their own. Taking every step and scenerio into consideration to have the best results for us. The dedication he showed and gave us was incredible. His experience and knowledge made every step of the process simple. We took his advice as if taking it from a parent that always has your best interest in mind.
