You'll love every part of the experience. The staff are kind and professional. They work well with their customers and each other. The massage chair is incredible. Seriously they usually feel like someone is just jabbing a ball into your back. Theirs is so smooth and truly relaxing. Their selection area is clean and orderly. Their skill is impeccable. I probably will not be back. Service and lady who did my nails was friendly but I did not expect them to be curved the way they are. I would have said something but didnt realize until I left that they are super curved and not the way I asked for.

The lady who did my nails was super sweet and very nice BUT my nails just arent good. They are super thick. My pointer finger is completely sideways (not how my nail grows at all.) Not to mention I have the acrylic power all over my nails and I couldnt get it to wash off and to top it all off the design I wanted was very simply and the black line work is very spotty some spots are filled in and some spots are still white (so very noticeable.) My daughters nails look good for being 5 and 7 years old but to pay 90 dollars for all of it and I hate my nails was just a waste. Maybe they were just having an off day but I wont be returning.

Clean and efficient, it was a pleasant experience. Although the tech took an extra 30 minutes, her job was well done.
