This is a tough job, and thankful they came out to do the hard labor in the heat to take care of our septic. Secretary staff was helpful in getting it scheduled and responsive to all questions. Thankful!

I was helping my parents with a septic issue (toilet flushing VERY slow, if at all) and we realized the tank was full. My parents called a company (NOT Key City) and the people said theyd be out first thing in morning. By lunch I got I got involved. I spoke to Jo Ann at Key City and she was perfect. It just so happened that they had a cancellation and their crew was there in LITERALLY an hour. Went right to it and emptied the tank *HERE IS WHY IM LEAVING A REVIEW* The toilet still wasnt flushing. Wasnt their fault so I said my dad and I would work on finding the problem. I thanked them and figured theyd leave because they did the job they were asked to do. NOPE those guys got out some other tools and said Were here, let us help to see if we can find the problem. I was amazed. My parents are getting older and my mother is a 2 time BC survivor. They knew that and treated MY parents like they were THEIR parents. When it was all finished these guys had that line like it was brand new and NEVER once acted like it was a bother. I hope this review helps others to choose Key City because they were amazing. They will treat YOUR family like its THEIRS. Thanks so much guys.
