My granddaughter and great grand baby baby moved into her first real rental yesterday. Nothing but the electricity worked. After one cold night, she couldnt find anyone who was willing to deliver propane this afternoon. We called C4Fuels and Tim was there within an hour. He tested the tank first for leaks because it had sat empty for quite some time. He then quickly filled the tank. Very professional, very easy to talk with. My granddaughter and I highly recommend C4 Fuels for your residential propane needs.

Buyer Beware! These guys said they filled a propane tank with 300 gallons of propane and the tank had only been used for a month. Talked with the ops manager twice and both times blew me off with not even a return phone call, buyer beware and get ready to blow 500$.. Youre Like Family? Its Been over 6 months not even a Phone call back.. Just Like Family! Over a year now! Just like a family! Dont count on these guys to step up just dont make the mistake of counting on your local business

The fall of 2022 we gave C4 Fuels a try with our propane service as they had a cheaper price than West Texas Gas. We have two 500 gallon tanks for our home and a 110 gallon tank for my workshop heater. They came out and filled them. No problems driver Tim seemed nice and did a good job. Later in the year I discovered that i had a leak on my shop tank and I talked to Dave in August of 2023 about having it checked out. He said that he only had one guy that could work on the tank and he was their only driver so he didn't know when he might be able to come out to Eula and work on it. I asked him if I brought the tank to them would that help speed up the process. YES. So after Labor day i dropped off the tank and told Dave that I wanted the main supply valve replaced and check out the rest of the valves, fittings, and the stuck on 30 percent tank guage. Repair or replace any as needed. Dave wrote nothing down. I followed up a number of times over the next two months trying to get this tank repaired. I finally was told to come and pick it up in mid November as it was ready. When I got there I noticed that the main supply valve had not been replaced but only two dust caps. After reminding him one more time, Dave had to order the valve as he had none in stock. I finally got the valve in and it was not what i asked for but was assured that it would work. I had a discussion with Dave about how he never wrote up a work order or wrote anything done. He was the only one that knew anything about my work order. I asked him how they could operate the way they do. He just apologized. I had to order some different fittings to make this new valve work. I decided at this point that I didn't want to do anymore business with C4 Fuels. I called W T Gas up and had them come out and fill us up. After a month or so my shop heater quit working. The tank said 60 percent full. Long story short ending. I called up West Texas Gas, who has always been a good service provider to us, and they came out the next day. Within 20 minutes of Mr J Hardin arriving he had found 3 valves leaking. Valves that C4 Fuels said were okay. J called into his shop and confirmed that they most likely had all the valves. Jump to the end. I lost over $ 200 worth of propane thanks to C4 Fuels poor work. C4 Fuels lost over $250 in valve sales and they lost a good customer FOREVER. West Texas Gas had me up and going the day after they found the leaks- NOT 2.5 months.
