Managment wasnt the worst most of the time, but upon moving in our unit was dirty and filled with bugs. As our time progressed there we got black mold and our AC never worked properly. By the end of our stay there were cockroaches and bugs again. I would not recommend a student live here because (despite the rent) it is not cost efficient. The AC bills every month were extraordinarily expensive. We did not feel safe here our entire time of stay. So, extend your price range and go somewhere safer.

We lived in this complex for a year. This community of retired seniors and students respects each other and lives peacefully. The manager, Lisa, is a generous, helpful, understanding, and competent leader who puts the residents before anything else. The staff is kind and respectful; when something breaks in our apartment, they will fix it within a day. The management always communicates whatever news is essential for the residents. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to friends and family.
