this is the most unethical racially profiling office in Abilene. They will look at your last name and assume you are lower class and will treat you like trash. The head of the office is specifically racist and does not care if you tell people. He hung up on my mother as well as me just because he was "sick of hearing it". He is a self loathing jerk who deserves everything carma has coming for him! DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE THEY ARE AWFUL ABOUT GETTING BACK TO YOU AS WELL AS THEY KEEP YOU ON HOLD AN AVERAGE OF 30minutes every call.
