My Mini Poodle Sullivan had his first ever seizure yesterday morning and it scared me to death. He's my ESA since my husband works out of state now. I called them immediately since they are so close and fit me in in less than an hour. A young lady came to my car and assisted me in with him. She took him back to be examined and in about 15-20 mins, she and the Dr came in. Thoroughly explained the situation and answered all my questions. Thank you so much for being so compassionate!

We have been going to Big Country for a long time now and we absolutely love them. The entire staff has always been so friendly and welcoming. They really do care about your pets and will get your fur baby in very quickly. The office is also very clean. We highly recommend them!!! Thank you Big Country for always going above and beyond for our babies!!!

Very hard day made better with Dr. Norwood and Tina. I appreciated straight answers and options and though my kitty took wings before his time, the humanity of these kind yet fierce women took tender care of this remaining human as well as Tango preparing for his journey. I have not had such kindness bestowed by a vet and staff in my 69 years. Thank you for your intelligent diagnosing, your thorough explanation of options and your kindness.
