The absolute worse place to bring your business to. We were needing hats and a trailer wrap for our business and came across red alpha custom prints. We started the process and they were friendly and nice. Unfortunately we made the biggest mistake to think they were reliable and we decided to pay in full for the job. But when we finally agreed on our logo and it was time to get the project going we were bombarded with excuse after excuse. When we noticed this, we decided that instead of doing a whole trailer wrap we were going to do only letter decals to make it easier on them to get the job done. Keeping in mind that obviously this would change the original price therefore they owed us money. It was agreed that they would pay us back. A date was set for the trailer to be wrapped but they would blame the weather or they would push the date because they were so busy on other orders. This kept going for months!! Until finally they started on the trailer. They would start then reschedule. The letters were peeling and they had left them that way until we had to send them pictures so they could fix them. We also didnt receive the hats we ordered on the time they said they were going to be ready. We were getting tired of having to text and call about it. Finally the trailer was finished. The hats were given to us but looked like they were done in a rush so not worth the money. It has been months now and they have not paid us back. They agreed to pay us $125/week to finish off paying us back but they have not been able to fulfill even that. With the excuse of them not having any business. They kept saying that it wasnt acceptable that they werent coming through but that they would. Their word does not mean anything because they just kept coming at us with an excuse. This whole deal has lasted 1 year and months!!!! Save yourself the hassle and dont bring your business here. They clearly need to redirect their business and money managing!! We are definitely not happy with the way things worked out.
