I saw Dr. McCain last week and then today to begin HRT and she is absolutely amazing! She is thorough in explaining everything to you and she is funny and that's a plus for me! She made me feel very comfortable as well as the rest of the staff there. She offers a wife range of surfaces and most of the services I will going back to her for as it is all exactly what I need and can get it all taken care of in one spot. I'm so glad that I was referred to her by a good friend of mine and decided to get established with Dr. McCain! Best decision I made!

Did not like her and she did not want to help me with my pcos and infertility. The nurses their are rude too.

Worst experience. I was lied to by Dr McCain and my time was wasted every time I went I had to wait for 30-1 or more. The staff was fine not the best but I dont blame them I blame the person running the whole office. After waiting for over an hour I was taken back by dr McCain only to be told my medication wasnt in that it was on back order when I said I wish you would have told me that before I waited an hour she informed me she just found out about it. And like I said she lied about telling me it was on back order come to find out that was a lie. Its a small town Dr McCain, also I think being honest with people is best. I am an understanding person and I get that things happen but I am not an idiot and I do not like my time being wasted. Also the prices are insane compared to other places in town where I dont have to wait over an hour to be seen and I dont have to pre order my meds they have it in stock. I am just so disappointed with my whole experience there and I would advise women to look elsewhere for a dr who cares about helping rather than making as much money possible. And after I had my bad experience Ive talked to other women in Abilene and they were not surprised and have left her practice for similar reasons. Do better!

Dr. McCain was absolutely fantastic! The process before my surgery went so smooth, they were willing to help me out in any way possible. She did an amazing job fixing my tears from birth. Her staff was amazing and helpful as well! Would definitely recommend!!!

I don't know the nurse who gave me my shot. She was about 1 1/2 in above my bottom. Yes, she gave me my shot in my back. Yes, it hurt. Being a nurse myself, I would never do that to any one. No, I will not be going back. Sure made me want to contact BON
