Horrible experience working with this title company as they were slow and unresponsive from start to finish on a recent transaction, and then when we attempted to resell the property we learned that they had only written the deed for one of the two parcels on which the house sits so we had to cancel our closing pending a corrected deed. We are now 2 weeks into them correcting the deed, they tell us that the corrected deed has been "sent for recording" but they won't tell me HOW it was sent (it was supposedly early last week) and they don't respond to emails requesting updates on how it was sent, tracking information, etc. We're out hundreds of dollars as a result of their error and lack of urgency with no idea whatsoever if the issue is nearing resolution or not. If possible, seek out other options for you title work.

In addition, the correct document has been submitted a couple of times, only to have it rejected by the county recorder’s office.
