        Only the first months it was fine, and now, broken machines and poor maintenance of the gym, administration does not have a control of cleaning and maintenance of the bathrooms for more than 2 months without good service in the weekends and broke doors

        Staff is great and very polite! The problem are the gym members who do not clean after themselves, leave water bottles, trash and used gum on the equipment. Also, I understand how the equipment can break due to usage but some of these members are dropping the weight stacks causing the pins/cables to snap. Overall its a great place but it could be better if there was more attention placed on the members causing the mess or damage to the equipment. . One other thing I see on these reviews, if there is any negative reviews. Planet Fitness will say to contact the gym manager but iI believe it would have more weight coming from someone higher up at Planet Fitness to address these issues.
