        We have been been waiting for over a week for our pool to arrive, it being shipped by Estes. I had to pay $130 for shipping. I specifically wrote delivery instructions AND I called to request that the driver call me before delivery because our address is only 1 yr old and often the drivers need exact directions. Did he call? NO! So now once again, our package was not delivered. Why am I supposed to pay so much? No customer service.and no package.
