Veteran Home Exteriors | Window Replacement Amarillo

I will update this review if I ever get any response from the company. I ordered a Window back in September of 2022 and I still haven't received it. No one has called me, and no one has let me know what's going on. It was promised in December, it is now May and I haven't heard a word from anyone about it. I'm very disappointed. The gentlemen that took our order was very friendly and easy to work with, however that doesn't mean a lot when you can't get anyone to let you know what's going on. Service: Window installation

I called to ask about getting some siding fixed and replaced on my house on a Monday.He gave me a price and told me he could get it done by the end of the week. Thursday morning it was done. Best contractor I have dealt with in a long time. No hidden cost and was there when they said they would be there. Would highly recommend.

Back on March 28th, 2022 I ordered a door and storm door from this company. Was told the that we would be looking at 16 to 20 weeks, because of the custom door . I understood that. We live in a single wide and not many companies work on our type of home. Here it is over 6 months later and still no door. Was told it would be the end of August, then beginning of September, then end of September. Now it is October and winter is coming and still no door. I know my door may not be as important as the bigger siding or exterior jobs they have, but I need my door. I was told that this company respects it's veteran customers, but to be honest, I do feel it.
