Every time i go the girls are very sweet but today I went for an exchange within the 14 day period and the manager was very rude, and on top of that she was snatching the merchandise and receipt from the girls hands. Yikes!

Very bad service, they close early and never have the dressing room available That doesn't take away from the beautiful clothes they sell, but the employees serve them very poorly.

I loved it! There was a so many clothes and different styles for all tastes! From basics to party dresses everything was great! Good material and even better prices! However, if you go make sure youre wearing something tight-fitted so you try anything you want on above your clothes cause they dont have a fitting room!

I have a very bad interaction withing 4 minutes of walking into the parks mall store in arlington tx. The entire staff was very rude and the management was dismissive when I attempt to voice my concerns. I also believe their bad attitudes was racially motivated.

Employees are rude. Didnt greet me or my friend at all. Girl threw my bag to the floor and didnt apologize after I paid. She should be fired.
