St Edward's Place Apartments

I lived at St Ed's for awhile and then I moved to another property that Danyelle manages. I absolutely adore her and her team. John the maintenance guy ROCKS! He fixes right the first time. Great area!

Danyelle was responsive and very attentive, specially during the winter storm. My stay here was very smooth and the location and pricing were both perfect!

Manager, Danyelle, and John with maintenance are fantastic!! They were always helpful and quick to take care or any issues. Great location, cute little apartments, needed more space or I would have stayed!

Full of cockroaches ants and other pests- despite paying for pest control each month. Not insulated and was cold in the winter/hot in the summer. VERY high utility costs charged by management (over $50 a month just for water on a 1 bathroom unit with two occupants). Bathroom and air vents FILLED with mold. When we reported the black mold problem to maintenance, he belittled us and said we didn't clean well enough and that it was only "mildew". He then proceeded to put caulk over the problem in the bathroom, which did absolutely nothing and the mold continued to grow through. Awful conditions and way overpriced for what you get. The location is fantastic but management is awful, I would recommend getting more for your money elsewhere.
