Besides the valet trash workers occasionally dropping trash and it finding it swept here and there, I fully approve of this apartment complex and accepted a second year renewal

There is very little critical I can say about this complex. Love the fact I can park into my unit, love the living space, the events the staff host, package locker, maintenance always on top of things (esp Chris Mendoza). I just wish we had access to the lobby after hours, the callbox worked with the app, and if the gate didn't break every other month.

Beware all 5 star reviews are incentivizedthe staff is easy to work with but everything else is a lie. Move here if you want to be around gang violence and drugs. I lived here for 2 1/2 years, the first year was great. In the last 9 months this place has gone down the drain. I was in urgent care in December from mold toxicity, our requests arent taken seriously and weve had to have it professionally cleaned from the mold and are stuck in a lease. Everyone I talk to in other buildings report the same. I tested the water and it revealed high levels of bacteria and mold in the water. Cars being broken into and stolennot to mention fights and violence outside at night, and witness multiple drug deals with questionable people coming and going all times of the day. I have to ship all packages to my work because they are lost in the locker or just stolen off the porch. The apartment itself is nice insidebut I wouldnt consider this luxury living at all since it has been infiltrated with people who dont care about the way they live and the safety of people living here. Not everyone is causing issues but I feel for the families with small children who because people drive way too fast for them to play outside and its dangerous. Ive been almost hit more times than I can count while walking my dogeven in the middle of the day. sincerely a resident trying to get out asap.
