    Apartments is nice great location maintenanc really fast stuff done the manager of the property change three time in 3 years it's not as good as it was when I move in assistant manager left the quality of communication missing the office and the resident had almost stopped

    If you rent corporate - make a big bow around! The place is nice but you will get no deliveries here - no FedEx, no ups, no usps, all get lost or disappears Hi MAT team - tell me how to contact you- sent a message to your phone I like to add one - as the owner posted here to contact him, what I tired, hopeless! And it is getting more worse - beside personal documents, also tax refund checks and other items get lost. If you like to have a lot of trouble with your personal live - rent there temporarily!

    Following up on the below since Google will not let you create more than a single review. At 7AM this morning, Wed. 3/6/2024, as I was turning into the property, a Grey Lexus, license plate #VBG 2278, almost ran into me at the entrance gate to the property. The POS, criminal driver - a resident?, a visitor? - was driving on the wrong side of the road. Property management, and likely corporate, has been notified numerous times (see thread below) about similar traffic violations that may result in catastrophic property damage, and even fatalities. Despite that they have taken no meaningful steps to address this critical safety issue. If you are a resident and have documented evidence of these violations please DM me. Launching a law suite for Civil Negligence against the property seems to be the only venue to protect your life, the lives of your family and those you care about. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How would you like to wake up one morning and discover a gigantic, open-air dumpster parked not 15 feet from your apartment's windows and used to collect trash b/c the property's trash compactor broke down? How would you like it parked in front of your face for more than a month? Austin health code violations? Who cares! Safety (maybe a small child climbs and falls in? Who cares! And the local management? Don't know anything about it: "let me check" (how dumb do you think we are?). Naturally, management takes care of itself. God forbid they park the dumpster in front of their offices (where there is plenty of space, btw). They work here. You just live here. What about corporate? 20 phone calls. No one returns your calls. You are just a line in a P&L spreadsheet. !!! STAY AWAY !!! The entrance to this property is basically a death trap. The geometry of the roadway is such that many vendors and residents coming downhill towards the entrance gate go against traffic. That includes massive delivery trucks. If you happen to come into the property at the same time you can expect a head on collision. Not a day goes by that I don't see cars going the wrong way. Repeated calls to the property management office about this issue do not seem to register with them. After threatening a law suite for negligence they finally paid lip service to safety by sending an email to residents reminding them to not commit traffic violation. But a minimal investment in safety in the form of pole dividers, or making sure the entrance gate is closed at all times, that's too much to expect. Do yourself and your family a favor. If you don't want to be involved in a deadly head on car collision look for somewhere else to live.

    Lived here for 3 years, aside from the great location, the 2 great maintenance staff. The rest of the property is a faade. Management does nothing to curb the parking situation. You will notice that there are few residence that dont have to obey the same rules as the rest. They have 3-4 cars consistently rotating through the parking spaces. It looks like their running a Mercedes Benz dealership. Enjoy walking 15 miles just to get to your apartment. There's a reason why the same apartment they were advertising for $2600 last month are now being advertised for $1900. Its all fluff, no substance. Make sure you get everything in writing because they will intentionally maneuver around their lease agreement to ding you $75 here and $25 there for something as simple as just not verifying your renters insurance, although they have access to that information themselves. I was deducted $75 my last month because although my renters insurance was active they didn't receive my renters insurance policy from me within a 72 hour window. Even though they are listed as a Party of Interest and they can verify that themselves if its so damn important. Finally upon moveout they tried to reem me out $400 for a drywall patch, that was never noted on the move-out inspection and they tried to ding me for $140 cleaning fee on a 1200 sqft apartment. LMAO Thankfully I've worked in construction and have performed make-ready turn around projects for some of the largest property management companies in the US as well as built homes for some top-end builders, so when they were challenged to submit their contractors invoices, they of course refused. CWS is an untrustworthy property manager. I never missed a single payment as a resident even through COVID, and this is how they treat their residents that pay on time. My simple rule to life is, never do business with people you cant trust. I would rather stay in a roach motel than ever rent another unit from these con artist.

We already have safety measures in place including speed bumps to ensure drivers practice safe driving habits, and we are open to adding additional measures, however we have not received many complaints about this. I apologize if you felt we did not take your concern seriously, we are always happy to send an email reminder to residents as we did when you brought your concerns to our attention. I would like to address your request to keep our gates closed at all times, during office hours we must keep the gate open to allow package carriers, vendors and prospective residents to enter, however the gates are closed after hours.
