Josh is absolutely awesome. I've worked with him a few times now. He is super compassionate and attentive to your needs as a renter. I really appreciated the work Josh did for me last year when I thought I was going to move before the winter storm. I didn't end up moving due to everything and he was very nice and understanding about the whole thing.

Andres Arana is the absolute best of the best when it comes to apartment locating. He helped my boyfriend and I find our dream apartment for wayyyy below our price range and stayed dedicated throughout the entire process. We started our search back with him back in December and we were trying to find a place that would be in our budget, up to our standards and willing to prelease for us (we are both UT students, so leasing ahead of time was important for us). From finding our options, to touring each apartment with us, to documenting all of the details of each place, to contacting the properties with our questions, all the way to notifying us when they were going to send us our lease to sign, Andres kept up with the ENTIRE process. Anytime I had a question about any of the properties or the deadlines, he knew the answer and responded within minutes (he gives you his personal phone to contact at any hour of the day).
