Loved living here. Very clean. Neighbors are very friendly. Heather and Joselyn from the leasing office were amazing.Would stay if I didn't have to move out of town.

As an apartment locator, I meet leasing staff all the time and get to tour many types of properties. As someone in customer service (barista, server, bartender, bar manager, etc) for 17 years, I'm harder to impress and Heather was incredible. I didn't have to do anything while on tour with a client. There are times when I might need to interject or help sell a property but I did NOTHING on this tour but sit back. Well informed, understood the community, my client's needs and addressed everything with a smile.

Don't move to a place where there's no security cameras in an area near homeless encampments and people who have low values enough to break into your property and steal your stuff. Also the walls are thin so you are bound to have loud neighbors. There's fees tacked on to your monthly rent. I'm glad I'm only staying here for 9 months instead of a full year. I would break the lease and move out sooner but it will cost more to do so then just waiting it out.
