Villas at Stone Oak Ranch

The way I was handed over the apartment when I moved in was in a very very bad state, I had to raise multiple requests and followup multiple times and get things fixed and cleaned over a span of more than 6 months. I was tired and left few of them The stay was surprisingly good! Thanks Team for that! That 1 star is for that else it would have been 0. But again beware when you move out they will put all unnecessary and illogical charges which will be beyond your imagination. They will put charges for it seems smell of apartment because you were staying there(no pets)! They will put carpet charges even though you have cleaned carpet on your own! You fight back with your honesty and they say show the bill for cleaning. Its just a waste of time speaking with them since they repeat same things. So BEWARE, its a trap! Move in and out experience in RIATA is far far better than this place.

Been here a year. It's been an amazing experience. The maintenance team is quick and efficient. The office team is friendly and helpful. It's very clean.
