I rarely will give a place 5 stars or write a review , especially with how much dishonesty we have in the world. Crank has time and time again been hands down best service, best prices, and I need to say they always go the extra mile. They helped my girl out when she literally was looking at being charge $1700-3000 for a replacement part/larbor. They have always made time for their customers, they always check in on you, they give you fast updates, and most of all I feel safe leaving my car, or anything with them. This auto shop makes you feel like family and thats how the world should be, dont second guess yourself. If you lost faith in mechanics, shops, etc look no freaking further these guys really give 200% to make sure you are safe on the road, look good on the road, and most of all its the right price not a magical internet price that all these other auto shops up charge. Overall I cant thank them enough for working on my Cadillac SRX, Nissan rouge, and my Ram truck through the years. I would be car less in Austin if I didnt find such an amazing auto shop, once again honesty, kindness, and understanding make a business, this is your testimony that GOOD PEOPLE DO EXIST!!!

I brought my '94 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to take a look at my drive belt, which had begun cracking and squeaking. I also had a leak problem with my AC coolant system. Fateh quickly changed my drive belt and has been working with me to help solve my AC leak, which on a 30-year-old car, can be a little tricky. He was extremely quick and efficient, he gave prices which were more than fair, and kept his word on all of his work and prices. This is a great place.
