Chase Bank

When I went last time, I could not find an ATM. The bank was not open at the time, and I had to look elsewhere for a Chase ATM. I was quite upset.

This review is for the man in the lobby today who was greeting and directing customers (I wish I had gotten his name). I came in for an appointment to have a time-sensitive form filled out after being advised by the general Chase customer service center that this was the step to take. When I came in for my appt today, I was quickly told the form had to be sent off to another department to complete. Even though I left without the completed form, he personally made sure that it was properly faxed to the appropriate dept, ensuring he received confirmation of the fax before I left the building. He also kindly suggested that I contact the entity requiring the form to explain the situation and request an extension. He provided excellent customer service showing that he really cared about helping me as much as he could. Thank you!

I have been a Chase customer for thirteen years and I have never encountered such an unprofessional and depressing branch. Upon entering, most of the offices and cubicles are deserted. When I approach the bank tellers' counter, I get help from a lady who is all kindness, courtesy, and competence. While she is helping me her manager, Kat, goes out of her way to bully the teller right in front of me. After Kat leaves the room and comes back in, I asked her to get me some water because I was thirsty and her employee jumps in and offers to get me the water while she's still helping me with my deposit. Kat has her employees so scared that they won't stand up to her, and I didn't see Kat lift one finger to do any work for the whole fifteen minutes I was in there. This branch doesnt have a good feeling to it at all, and I wouldnt come back unless there were no other options.
