My rental (for Uber) was cancelled 1 hour before pickup when I reserved a car 2 weeks ago. Whats the point of reserving a vehicle for there to be none? Sounds like system management issues. Dont waste your time here if you are a Uber driver. UPDATE: My situation got corrected right away as they made sure a car was available the following week. During the duration of me having the vehicle when I had questions they always answer the phone to help. The rental process was quick and smooth. Thanks again.

Absolute disgrace of a place because of that aggressive employee yall have working there. Tall black guy with glasses. Seriously lacking communication and interpersonal skills. Rude and unhelpful. Entitled and unprofessional. Go to other Avis locations. Save yourselves the danger and headache of dealing with this person.
