I was very OMG when I found out I needed foundation repair. The massive loads of dirt in the front, back and sides of my yard was enough to give me a panic attack. But within 3 days they had my house lifted and everything put back like it was. I will let you be the judge with the before and after photos of the side of the house. I was approaching this foundation repair issue with great anxiety. I knew nothing about the process. I had several contractors come by and give me bids. But Done Right took the time to explain all the steps to me. They made me feel I could ask anything at all of them and they would explain it as many times as it took. They returned my calls promptly, their crew was very courteous to me. The yard was cleaned up, plumber they suggested for a drain pipe repair came out hours after I reached out to him. It was a little before Christmas when we did the inspection. Mason told me about a 10 % holiday discount, which I promptly forgot about. When he emailed the contract he had forgotten about it too. He immediately called me and told me to disregard the first contract as he wanted to give me the discount. How honest was that?? He had a signed contract in his hand without the discount and he send me a corrected amount. That spoke volumns to me about their company.
