        Just dont. Spend the extra $20 somewhere else.. couldnt even stay there. The room smelled like bleach with no ventilation and there were so many cigarette burns on the blanket.. we just left and went somewhere else. Not 10minutes in the room and we have headaches from the overuse of bleach.. the curtains also fell off when I tried to close them the lady at the desk was nice though

        Worst place ever smelled of weed ( not from my room) they didnt give us towel when I asked for some. The worst part of the experience is that they charged us twice because they stated my payment didnt go through. I had my confirmation number and pin and miraculously then the payment was there but by that point my family felt pressured by the staff to pay with another card. Honestly dont stay here the staff is nice but completely unaware of how online reservation work dont wast your safety and money 0/0 did I mention my door was broken and would get stuck open

        This is the worst hotel ever I willlllllll never book here again they do not clean your rooms you can't get fresh clean towels they charge u 2.14 for clean towes i went bought my own from wslmar t the service desk told me they give towels ever 2 weeks this is horrible roaches was on the elevator I literally will never recommend this place they locked our rm we paid for 2 night n the desk put in for 1 night just very unpleasant stay yall don't have worry bout my family ever again

        Check-in time was at 3 pm . I arrived at 5 pm and the room was not ready because the washer and dryer broke so there were no clean sheets. I was pissed . Shay was wonderful. She didn't have an attitude and explained to me what happened, which gave me some ease . Shay didn't get upset when I kept coming back for an update because some places would get mad at you for bothering them, and it wouldn't even be your fault . She handled the situation very well. If it wasn't for her kindness and great customer service, I would have been madder than I was, and I would have called corporate . I will be booking again. Thank you, Shay.
