Butler Floors

Couldn't be happier with how my new floors turned out. Cindy and Rob were so helpful throughout the process, even when I came to them with a last minute design change. Great communication during the install and the house was left spotless. Would definitely recommend Butler Floors!!!

This store needs to update its listing. It shows that it has regular hours but when you get to the location it says that it is only accessible by appointment and there was no one there during the listed hours.

Cindy couldn't have done a better job matching a vinyl flooring option with my current "wood" tile, when matching flooring can be very difficult to do. The flooring actually looks even MORE similar in person, the photos change up color the slightest bit. The entire team was lovely to work with. They got job done faster than I had expected, and everything looks and feels amazing. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgable and professional. Highly recommend!!! :)

The entire process from selecting flooring to installation was fantastic and done at a fair price and in a short time frame. The workers who installed the flooring were tidy with the work and considerate of the fact that I was working in the next room.

Rob and Cindy were a pleasure to work with. We never visited the showroom and instead just had them send us samples. This was fantastic because then we got to live with the different samples and really decide what we liked. They have a no pressure approach which is very refreshing in this marketplace. Their installer was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did an absolutely fabulous job. Our stair carpet was harder to install due to the pattern and their installer took the time to cut and match the pattern perfectly. We love our new stair carpet and recommend Butler Floors 100%!
