Flooring Warehouse

Our home is 2 years old and the flooring that was installed by the builder was already starting to crack and warp. We looked at the big box stores for flooring and then discovered Flooring Warehouse here in South Austin. I read the reviews, went into the store and Leah greeted me first thing. She showed me all of the options, answered all of my questions and then made a visit to do the measuring. We ordered the material and my brand new floor has been installed and we love it! I had carpet installed for 3 bedrooms from flooring warehouse and they did a really, really bad job. They attempted to fix the very choppy seam in both bedrooms but ended up making it worse. Ive never had this bad of a carpet install ever. Home Depot and Lowes did a much better job in the past. Yikes.

I love my new front porch! Leah was a delight to work with and very patient when I kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do, style-wise. I think I must have checked out over 20 different tile samples but finally decided on a fairly complicated pattern of mosaic tile and their installers executed my design perfectly! I would absolutely work with them again!

I recently had LVP flooring replaced through Flooring Warehouse after being referred to Leah by a friend and realtor. The selection in store is great and Leah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout. The installation was easy to schedule and the crew did a great job. I'm thrilled with the finished look!
