        Awful service. I ordered a Cotton Candy arrangement and they sent me something completely different from the picture on the website. I asked for no substitutions, but they didn't even notify me they did substitute the Chrysanthemums. I asked for a refund and they refused. They wanted me to ask the girl I sent the flowers to as a birthday gift to go to the store and return them!! They replied that I didn't ask for the premium version, but then they should put the real picture of what they are selling as standard. UPDATE: I reported this store to BBB. BBB is trying to reach the Flower store but the store doesn't reply to any email. Flower Delivery Austin claims the arrangement looked different from other angles, but it didn't. They should post real pictures of what they are selling. They wanted me to ask the person I sent this as a gift to go to the store and ask for a refund, of course, that was inappropriate. I don't live in Austin, otherwise I would have gone myself to ask for a refund.

      Hello,Thank you for the feedback. The picture posted isn't a good representation of what was delivered. The customer contacted us by email and sent this one photo posted. We asked for another photo, as this was the back part of the arrangement and couldn't see what was all in it. After the customer sent the front view of the arrangement we were able to get an actual representation of what was sent which they didn't share on this review. The flowers sent were fresh and beautiful and followed what was ordered as placed online. The customer ordered the basic arrangement and was expecting more flowers based of their email sent. We recommended next time they order the deluxe or premium version which is more flowers. Customer requested a full refund and even though it was sent with everything as ordered. We asked the customer to return the item and we would issue a refund minus the delivery charge per our policy. Customer refused and wanted to keep the flower arrangement and still get a refund. The customer made threats to leave us negative reviews as a tactic to try and get the flowers for free. We again appreciate the feedback, but disagree with everything that was said and the photo posted.
