        My boyfriend has been using them for years and they have never failed! I've always received beautiful, aromatic, lively flowers, their treats are delicious, and the carriers have always been outstanding! Highly recommend, they are worth it!

        Had a very special day ruined today by our order not being delivered today, and zero communication. We have emailed & called with no response. Will not be using them again, save yourself the scam.

        BUYER BEWARE! My partner and I placed a $100+ order this week with Floral Renaissance and it never showed up. After calling several times, we received no response or follow-up from this shop. We are still trying to contact this shop before we have to dispute this charger with our bank. We placed an order that was supposed to be received yesterday (10/11/2023). PLEASE read the reviews on Yelp before placing an order here. We only read the Google reviews and they seemed fine, however, upon reading the Yelp reviews we learned that we are not the only ones facing this issue.
