Austin is a joy to work with. He is super kind and patient especially when dealing my husband and I who are very particular. He made our breakfast table and formal dining table. We are very happy with the final products and enjoyed the process with him even though we had our own personal issues with figuring out the design. Austin was polite but also honest when something would be a problem and how to fix it. Would highly recommend! Service: Table construction & installation

My wife and I worked with Blackwood Custom for a custom table set. We chose to go with a live edge style Dining and Coffee table for our new home in Bee Cave. Blackwood Custom produced two amazing tables for us and they were so easy to work with! I love the walnut slabs that they chose for us, and the way these tables look in our home. I worked with Austin and Dallon to help me design and build a new dining room table for our new home. Angie (my wife) and I decided we wanted something of quality that would last a life time, and we wanted a table that would be a strong statement piece for our home. Austin showed us some images and shared his ideas with us on a couple different designs, from solid slab tables, to butcher block table, and some epoxy river tables as well. Angie and I loved the look of the solid black epoxy and walnut, so we finally came to the decision to put that kind of table in the works. The guys at Blackwood then went to work, they sent us images of slabs, and drawings they made up, as well as a simple 3D render that confirmed our decision even more. Once we settled on a slab that we liked and the dimensions they went to work. Austin sent me images throughout the whole process to keep me in the loop, he asked for my permission for every detail to make sure the final product was exactly what we wanted. We picked out a table base and sent over some images and the guys were able to order that exact base for our table. When we got the notification that the table was complete, Austin and Dallon hand delivered the table and installed it right in our dining room. I could not recommend a better team to build and deliver such an amazing piece of art. I highly recommend working with Blackwood Custom for any sort of custom furniture project you may have!
