I HATE HATE HATE the couch we bought here. It has super fluffy pillows, but the back and the side are wooden boxes with super sharp corners and edges that are simply covered in thin layer of cloth without padding. You let yourself fall backwards expecting to sink into those soft pillows but if those have slid over ... It feels like a guillotine. Now just imagine kids on it. It's a hazard. Who builds products like this? This is recklessly negligent. Somebody should sue these people. And if they make such obvious thoughtless mistakes, just imagine the quality of the rest of their stuff, the materials, the processes... Never again will I buy from here.

Complete waste of time! Made two separate attempts to take advantage of the advertised free virtual meeting with a designer and both times I was cancelled due to them double booking. Neither time was I notified or contacted in any way so the second time it happened I called in to the store and they connected me with the person that does their scheduling and she told me she had canceled my appointment because they had double booked. I asked why I wasnt notified and she skirted around the question and told me that I could just go in to the store and she didnt have a designer available to meet with me. I have never shopped at this location before and dont plan on changing that as they clearly have no clue what they are doing and they need some serious training on how to provide customer service. Avoid this location and spend your money elsewhere!
