Alpha Glass tackled an incredibly complex project involving mirrors with many angles and heights. Their measurements were thorough and fit in the spaces perfectly! The installers went above and beyond to make this project perfect and took well deserved pride in the quality of their work. The managers in the store were very attentive and regularly kept me up to date on the status of my order. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and their pricing was very fair!

They got in contact quickly when I requested a quote, sent two nice men out to take measurements and said I would hear about a finalized quote the next day, never heard from them again. Ended up having to go with a higher priced competitor due to lack of response.

***Update*** Just a few minutes after I posted this review, someone finally responded to my email, a week later. They told me I could bring the piece back in and they would attempt to sand the corners, as originally asked for, however the piece will crack, since it's tempered glass. I paid extra and asked for tempered glass so that if it broke, my dogs, myself, my boyfriend, and friends, would be less likely to be injured. As it turns out, multiple people walking past have been cut up across the leg like I have. I asked for any alternative solutions that wouldn't be purchasing yet a new price from a different company who might do it correctly the first time. Again, no response for a week. I do see someone, a company head it seems, responding on here to others who have not had physical injuries from their un-finished products, but no one here is working on this issue at all. I would guess this happens often enough, and the owners bury these cases and never respond. I have begun compiling evidence for a lawsuit. Again, I HEAVILY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY. I've had issues from the start. The first piece I ordered was too small. It was reordered, and that one was cracked and damaged upon pick up. The third, (at this point I've paid over $300 for multiple pieces) has corners so sharp they cut everyone's legs as they walk past. This is after I explicitly asked for all rounded edges in the first place, for safety reasons. It's a safety hazard, and they refuse to respond now to email or phone call. Certainly not worth the money, time, or poor customer service. I've attached a photo after a week of healing. This cut will be a scar. I highly advise against working with this company in any capacity due to the wide variety of issues I've experienced.

BUYER BEWARE!! As a first time customer, I ordered a simple custom dining table glass top with rounded corners and the finished product delivered to me was 1 good corner, and 3 terribly cut corners (see pics attached). This is even after I was told by Alpha Glass that they do a thorough quality check for all items before delivering to the customer!!When I raised the concern and sent pictures, the response I received from the General Manager was "sorry we get these straight from the manufacturer and there's nothing we can do...if you wanted perfectly rounded corners you should have gone with a polished finish which costs more." Seriously? Not once during the initial calls was I told that there is a chance something simple as rounded corners of a glass can come out crooked and messed up unless you go with the more expensive polished.This was the first and last time I use Alpha Glass which is a shame because I have many custom glass projects in the near future.
