The appointment system is very well organized, you have to arrive in advance because they don't make you wait, they process your documents very quickly and in a very professional manner, the attention from the service staff is very professional and the guys are very attentive, you won't be disappointed. It takes a long time to prepare your documents, I give them a 4.9 for customer service.

The woman at the door was extremely rude, her attitude just shows she doesnt wanna deal with people come in. My appointment was scheduled 2 weeks later and will be travelling, I asked for walk in and this was 8am, she straight said NO, and it was really empty inside. I know many people could just walk in do the finger print as long as you have the letter!!!

Despite the current Google's reviews this place is great! The people I met were helpful and polite. The process is well organized. They allow people to gather 10 minutes before the actual appointment time, do a quick document check before allowing the batch to come in and then collecting the data they need to collect. People who missed they appointment might be allowed to come in to work with them after the scheduled batch has finished. It's clean and quiet inside. If you don't want to wait outside do not come 10-minutes before the appointment, the queue is gone in 10-15 minutes, so if it's too wet or too hot just wait in your car. But you'll be the last in the batch, meaning ~15-30 minute waiting.
