Highly recommend Austin Stone Works. The team from start to finish was exceptional and clear with communication. From cost to project completion there were no surprises. Seriously thankful for a great crew of people and my new countertops which are cut to precision and polished beautifully!!

Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in the door until I made my last payment. We had ordered our countertops almost a year ago and I had forgotten what we had ordered, so I called to see if I could see the products and Kim said "of course". Kim and Judi we both very helpful, the guys that came and measured were pleasant and respectful of my time and carefully inspected the sinks before promising when they would be able to cut. Turns out 2 of the sinks were damaged and they waited until new ones were delivered before starting on our project. The installers were great and respectful of our property (lifting the wheels of the countertop carrier over the thresholds instead of having them bear the weight). The countertops are perfect. I would highly recommend looking at what Austin Stone Works has to offer for any remodel or new construction project that includes countertops.

Kim's follow through is outstanding. We are constantly commenting on how efficient, concientious and caring she is and that she goes beyond and more from guiding our homeowners to finding the slaps and samples they need. She understand how challenging our business is and that as a builder/remodeler we have so many components to deal with on a regular basis from the job startup to finish. Knowing that Kim is in our corner, that she cares about our homeowners gives them and us peace of mind We can't thank you enough. I know, in the end it's your job. But, having said that, you take your job seriously and you make it more than your job just like we do. For us, like you, it's all about the relationships we have with our professional trades (like you and your team) and our homeowners. The jobs we have worked on with you have turned out beautiful. From your patience in hunting down the perfect slabs, accessibility to get pricing, to figuring out how to make these beauties work and spending so much time thoughtfully thinking it through and collaborating multiple times for my preferences in the mix of a complicated angled kitchen and all during a pandemic, wow! My designer, with 30 years of kitchen design, was blown away by your diligence and final result! Of all the people we worked with during this remodel, your level of expertise and genuine care were unparalleled! Thank you, and I’ll be highly recommending you to friends!
