Don't mind charging you for equipment you can't use. They charged me an extra $61 for a full electric bed. It just grinds when you push the remote. It is stuck at its highest. I can't get in it. I takes 2 people to get me in it. The wheel chair is too small. They did exchange it once. It is the same size as one returned. 7 calls now. Still have broken bed and a too small wheel chair.

One of their drivers tried to run me off the road in their company van while driving at excessive speeds. They also were blasting through red lights and being an a-hole.

Horrible customer service ...non existant professionalism i will be reporting them to my insuarance company i suggest you do the same if you experience their lack of care ....if enough people report them to their insurance they defitnitly will no longer exist..noone at that place deserves to work in healthcare or be in charge of our medical equitment ...i urge you to find another place .
