I am eternally grateful for the compassionate care my sister received from Suncrest Hospice Austin. Jo couldn't have been in better hands. Christy, Jo's dedicated RN, was her guardian angel. From the start, her cheerful demeanor and attentiveness to Jo's needs were unmatched. Jo often expressed how Christy made her feel like family, bringing comfort in her final days. Christy's presence was invaluable as she guided Jo through her journey with peace and dignity. Despite being miles away in Chicago, knowing Christy was by Jo's side provided immense solace. Even when Jo could no longer communicate, Christy's soothing presence and making it possible for Jo to listen to her favorite music brought solace. I also want to express my gratitude to Lauren, the Suncrest Community Liaison, whose proactive and caring support eased the admission process and beyond. Her dedication ensured no question went unanswered, and every concern was addressed with respect. I thank God every day for the exceptional care provided by Christy, Lauren, Megan, and the entire team. Suncrest Hospice Austin should be your first and only choice for your loved one's hospice care.

My Best Friend Dawn Duquette was a patient of Suncrest Hospice. The person that took the best care of Dawn was Kathy Dawn's CNA. Kathy would take the time to talk to Dawn, to see if there anything that Kathy could do for Dawn other than just bathe her. Kathy was wonderful in taking care of my Best Friend. If it wasn't for Kathy I don't know what I would do. Kathy gave all of us support and hope. If you want an excellent CNA ask for Kathy.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional care my mom is receiving from Suncrest Hospice in Austin, TX. From the very first day, the team of caregivers have shown nothing but kindness, professionalism, and a genuine concern for my mom's well-being. They have gone above and beyond to ensure she has been comfortable, respected, and lovingly cared for during her time under their care. Their support is not just limited to medical needs; they also provide emotional and psychological support that has been invaluable. The communication with the staff has always been clear, compassionate, and responsive. A special shout out to Kathy Nguyen, an aide who sees my Mom every weekday. She gets Mom going each morning, gets her cleaned up and to breakfast, treating her with tremendous respect. The nurse team (Cyrille & Marlie) are equally amazing. To anyone looking for hospice care in Austin, I wholeheartedly recommend Suncrest Hospice for their outstanding service and compassionate care.
